Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use outhundred.buzz. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Outhundred Concrete provides referral and marketing services. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we perform no construction work. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Outhundred Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promises

A referral is not an endorsement. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, climate and local rules differ from one property to another. Discuss your specific project with a qualified provider.

About Costs

Cost figures are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits and Local Rules

Anything said here about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Safety

Concrete work involves heavy equipment, excavation and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from active work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Outhundred Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
