How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
There are two parties in this process. First, the referral desk, which takes your basic details and routes you. Second, an independent provider in our network, who discusses your project and gives a quote.
Outhundred Concrete does not do concrete work. The provider does.
What Happens on the Call
Request a callback and describe the job. Keep it short and specific:
- Surface: driveway, stamped surface or patio
- Rough size or dimensions
- Your town and whether the site is level
- What exists there now, such as old concrete, gravel or soil
You are then routed to a provider who handles your area. Availability varies by provider.
What to Ask an Independent Provider
- Are you licensed and insured where required? Can you show proof?
- What will the base prep involve?
- What thickness, reinforcement and joint spacing do you plan?
- How will you handle drainage and slope?
- What finish or sealing is included in the quote?
- How long before the surface can take foot and vehicle traffic?
- Will the quote be in writing?
Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. ranges depend on size, finish and site conditions. A written quote is the only number that counts.
After You Get a Quote
Take your time reading it. Check that the scope, materials, finish and timeline are written down. If two quotes look very different, ask each provider to explain the gap. Differences often come from base prep, thickness or what is included for cleanup.
You Are in Control
You are not required to hire the provider you are routed to. Compare quotes if you like. Ask follow-up questions. Say no. There is no obligation.
